The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and legal expenses arising from:

  • Client misconduct.
  • Regulatory violations.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Breach of these Terms.
  • Misrepresentations by the Client.
  • Third-party claims related to the Client's business activities.

10. Regulatory Disclaimer

The Company may introduce clients to regulated entities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Company is not itself a bank, payment institution, electronic money institution, investment firm, cryptocurrency exchange, or regulated financial institution.

Any regulated services are provided by appropriately licensed third-party institutions.

11. Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate services immediately if:

  • Risk concerns arise.
  • Compliance concerns arise.
  • Regulatory obligations require action.
  • Fraud is suspected.
